The Houston District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is studying improvements to (FM 1098: US 290 to Owens Road, 0.56 mile). The proposed improvements would (widen from 2-lanes to 4-lanes).
