FM 2234:FM 521 to SH 288
Widen roadway from a two-lane to a four-lane, divided facility within existing right-of-way

The Houston District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is studying improvements to FM 2234 from FM 521 to SH 288, a distance of approximately three miles. The proposed improvements would upgrade the existing facility to a four-lane, divided roadway to accommodate projected traffic increases and enhance the safety of the roadway for the traveling public.
