IH 10 from FM 359 in Waller County to FM 3538 in Austin County, Texas
Widening the existing 4-lane divided roadway to an 8-lane roadway with the center four lanes as toll lanes.  The project would also include one-way, two-lane frontage roads.

The Houston  and Yoakum Districts of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is studying improvements to IH 10 from FM 359 in Waller County to FM 3538 (13.7 miles).  The proposed improvements would widening the existing 4-lane divided roadway to an 8-lane roadway with the center four lanes as toll lanes
