IH 45N: FM 830 to FM 1375
Widen freeway from a four-lane to a six-lane facility

The Houston District of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is studying improvements to IH 45N, from FM 830 to FM 1375 (construction limits are from FM 830 to the Walker County Line) which is a distance of approximately 8 miles. The proposed improvements would upgrade the existing facility to accommodate projected traffic growth in the area.
