| SP000-807 | RTF | On-the-Job Training Program - States the Contractor shall provide on-the-job training aimed at developing full journeymen in a type of trade or job classification. The purpose is to develop opportunities for unskilled workers to acquire training in the skilled construction trades. Required on all federal-aid construction projects except enhancements beginning with the January 2007 letting. Replaces SP000-008 .Replaced by SP000-1001 . (Change Memo: de-43-06). Statewide Use. | |
