Furnish mobile retroreflectivity data collection (MRDC) for pavement markings on roadways shown in the plans or as designated by the Engineer. Conduct MRDC on dry pavement only. Required for all projects meeting the criteria for use of a mobile retroreflectometer to measure pavement markings retroreflectivity values (For Item 666, refer to statewide special provision 666-007) beginning with the May 2018 letting.
