This special provision makes a correction to the standby rate calculation by adding parenthesis around the FHWA hourly rate and operating costs. It also clarifies that 15% markup will not be allowed for standby equipment costs. Required for all projects beginning with the August 2021 letting. Replaced by SP009-016 . Statewide Use. | |
