SP440-005	PDF	RTF	- Article 2., ''Materials,'' and Article 3., ''Construction,'' are amended. Required for all projects using Reinforcement for Concrete beginning with the January 2024 letting. Use of this SP prior to the January 2024 letting is at the District's option. This will replace SP 440-004 effective January 2024 letting. Replaces SP440-004 . Statewide Use.
