1993 English Special Provisions to Item 302 - AGGREGATES FOR SURFACE TREATMENTS (Statewide & Districtwide, Current)

SP302-033  PDF  RTF   - Reinstates LA Abrasion at 35% max for LRA, incorporates 2004 specbook LRA white rock requirement, and replaces Tex-215-F with Tex-236-F as required by the 2004 specbook. Required on all construction projects beginning with the July 2005 letting. Statewide Use.
SP302-030  PDF  RTF   - Provides for a Grade 3 Modified and a Grade 4 Modified gradation, with increased amounts of 3/8 inch aggregate. (Replaces 302---006 beginning with the May 2003 letting, optional) Replaces SP302-006 . Statewide Use.
SP302-019  PDF  RTF   - Incorporates the new aggregate classification system into the specifications and deletes the requirement for PV and skid exception program. All projects with Item 302. Replaces SP302-018 . Statewide Use.
SP302-008  PDF  RTF   - Allows lower percentages of precoat asphalt when crushed silicious gravel is used for seal coat. Statewide Use.
