Using the Guide Schedule

The Guide Schedule estimates that there is a 20 to 40 percent chance that quality materials will be rejected or inferior materials will be accepted. This baseline should be used sampling and testing. Testing frequency should be increased for materials with a high variable rate or when test results approach specification limits.
