The following statement must be included on the permit when travelling on SH70 NB or SB where it is double signed with IH40: "Note to driver: When traveling on SH70 where it is double signed with IH40, you must immediately enter the main lanes of IH40. You must not remain on IH40 NFR or SFR when traveling on SH70."
