Atlanta District, Over 17' High	11-14-07	Over 17’ high: Must have the following statement on the permit: The carrier will be required to use a TxDOT pre-qualified signal contractor to disconnect, temporarily raise, and reconnect any overhead mast arm. This work will be performed to the satisfaction of TxDOT. All costs will be the responsibility of the carrier. The Atlanta District Traffic Engineer must be notified in advance. A list of contractors may be obtained from the Atlanta District Traffic Engineer at 903-799-1480.
Bowie County, City of Texarkana	01-01-86	12' max width in Texarkana during the hours of 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is a permanent restriction.
Bowie County, Richmond Road/Texarkana	09-15-08	For any load that must travel on Richmond Road in Texarkana, the following information must be included on the permit: The load must not travel on Richmond Rd in Texarkana from 7-9am, 12-1pm, and 4-6pm Monday through Friday. An escort is required on Richmond Rd. The customer is responsible for obtaining this escort. The customer is responsible to fax the following information to the City of Texarkana (903) 798-3910 prior to traveling on Richmond Road in Texarkana: A copy of the permit. The driver’s name and cell phone number. An estimated time the load will travel into Texarkana.
Bowie County, Richmond Rd in Texarkana	09-30-09	16’ max height when dropping off to and/or picking up from Richmond Rd in Texarkana between SH93 and LP14.
Bowie County, US59 NB to IH30 WB	04-25-08	When traveling US59 northbound to IH30 westbound, the ramp goes straight to the IH30 WB main lanes; there is no access to the IH30.NFR.

Bowie County, US82 to FM989	04-05-07	65' max length traveling US82 east to FM989 north or south or US82 west to FM989 north or south due to narrow intersection. Travel straight through on both roads is okay.
Bowie County, US259	08-27-09	Over 14' wide must: A front escort is required when crossing US82. This restriction also affects the following turns because all traffic must cross over US82 to make these turns: NB to EB, NB to WB, EB to SB, and WB to SB FYI: This restriction does not affect the following turns because the traffic will not cross over US82: SB to EB, SB to WB, EB to NB, and WB to NB This is a permanent restriction.

Over 12’ wide: A flagman is required to warn oncoming traffic while the load travels on the center of the bridge while crossing the Wright-Patnam Lake at the Bowie/Cass County line. The escort driver may flag for the load here. This is due to narrow road and bridge conditions
