The carrier will be required to use a TxDOT pre-qualified signal contractor to disconnect, temporarily raise, and reconnect any overhead mast arm. This work will be performed to the satisfaction of TxDOT.
All costs will be the responsibility of the carrier.
The Atlanta District Traffic Engineer must be notified in advance. A list of contractors may be obtained from the Atlanta District Traffic Engineer at 903-799-1480.

Bowie County, City of Texarkana

An escort is required on Richmond Rd. The customer is responsible for obtaining this escort.
The customer is responsible to fax the following information to the City of Texarkana (903) 798-3910 prior to traveling on Richmond Road in Texarkana:
A copy of the permit.
The driver’s name and cell phone number.
An estimated time the load will travel into Texarkana.
