Historic Resource Identification, Evaluation and Documentation Services: The Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT’s) Environmental Affairs Division (ENV) is soliciting proposals for up to four (4) indefinite delivery contracts pursuant to the Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter D, and 43 TAC §§9.80-9.88. Services to be provided include non-archeological historic resource studies related to compliance with Sections 106 and 110 of the NHPA (36 CFR 800) and Section 4(f) of the DOTA (23 CFR 771), including non-archeological historic resource surveys, research and documentation efforts leading to historic context statements, nominations to the National Register of Historic Places, HABS/HAER documents, and other mitigation activities such as creating, managing or updating inventories of non-archeological historic properties. Services may be acquired on a statewide basis.
