Atlanta District

The Atlanta District services the following counties: Bowie, Camp, Cass, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Panola, Titus and Upshur. The district designs, builds, operates and maintains the state transportation system across county lines.

In this district, US Highway 59 from Texarkana to north of Tenaha will be developed to meet interstate standards as part of the I-69 system development.
