_____12. Positioned the heel of the blade in center of right forward tire
of tandems in ditch – pitched the blade almost all the way forward.
_____13. Drove with wheels of right tandem in ditch.
_____14. Deposited material in bottom of vee ditch.
_____15. Made a clean out pass and deposited material up on roadway slope.
_____16. Made a clean up pass and deposited material further up roadway
slope.
_____17. Wore seat belt.
