Qualification Test

A = Acceptable U = Unacceptable C = Comments

Given an operational Skid-Steer, the candidate will perform the following tasks:

A. Preventive Maintenance: The candidate correctly:

_____1. Checked the fluid levels/cold and hot
_____2. Checked air cleaner system/serviced if required
_____3. Checked tire pressures.
_____4. Inspected tires for cuts/tread-wear/properly mounted.
_____5. Inspected bucket for wear
_____6. Lubricated machine.
_____7. Inspected hydraulic lines and connections
_____8. Inspected safety latches on tool attachment arms
_____9. Mounted machine properly
_____10. Operated controls to warm-up hydraulics.
_____11. Checked steering/brakes.
_____12. Wore seat belt

B. Carrying a Load:
