Assistant Director - City of El Paso International Bridges Department

Paul Stresow is the assistant director with the city of El Paso International Bridges Department, where he manages three of the community’s international ports of entry – Paso Del Norte, Stanton and Zaragoza. The ports of entry annually facilitate the travel of millions of pedestrians, passenger and commercial vehicles involving billions in trade.

Stresow has been involved in solving transportation issues for over 20 years. He was recently re-elected to Board of the Texas Parking and Transportation Association, where he serves as a chair to the Education and Roundtables Committee. The board serves as an advocate for transportation related issues throughout the state.

He also sits on the Strategic Plan Committee for the U.S. Joint Working Committee and is a board member for the Border Trade Alliance.

Stresow holds the following degrees, Master of Business Administration, Master in Public Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration, all from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is involved in numerous civic organizations.
