From US 82 in Annona southeastward via Boxelder to a road intersection, a distance of approximately 12.3 miles. (Red River County)  Extended approximately 4.3 miles to a road intersection.

From US 82 in Annona southeastward via Boxelder to Lydia, a distance of approximately 17.4 miles. (Red River County)  Extended southeaster approximately 5.3 miles.

(Red River and Bowie Counties)  Extended northward ap proximately 2.5 miles from US 82 to FM 114.
