From Junction SH 200 south of Gonzales southwest via Wrightsboro and Smiley to a point 1.6 miles south of Smiley. (Gonzales County)  Extended southwest 1.6 miles from Smiley.

From SH 200 southwest of Gonzales, southwestward via Wrightsboro and Smiley, then southward via Nopal to SH 119 approx. 3.0 miles north of Yorktown, a total distance of approx. 37.0 miles. (Gonzales and DeWitt Counties)  Extended southward to Junction with, FM 1534 a distance of approximately 13.4 miles. FM 1534 canceled and combined approximately 5.6 miles.
