From FM 244 at Erwin Church eastward to SH 90 at Anderson; and from another point on SH 50 at Anderson eastward and southward via Richards to Montgomery; thence southward via Magnolia Road to Decker Prairie; thence southeastward to the new location of US 75 in Houston, a distance of approximately 78.2 miles. (Grimes Harris, and Montgomery Counties)  Extended from Anderson to FM 244, adding approximately 4.6 miles.

From FM 244 at Erwin Church eastward to SH 90 at Anderson, and from another point on SH 9O at Anderson, eastward and southward  via Richards to Montgomery, thence southward via Magnolia Road to Decker Prairie; thence south-eastward to US 75 approximately 0.1 mile south of Halls Bayou; a total distance of approx. 75.3 miles (Grimes, Montgomery and Harris Counties) Section from present FM 2430 southeastward to US 75 transferred to FM 2430, a decrease of  approximately 5.8 miles. Present FM 2430 transferred this FM adding Approximately 3.0 miles; a net decrease of approximately 2.8 miles.

From FM 244 at Erwin Church east to SH 90 at Anderson; and from another point on SH 90 at Anderson, east and southeast via Richards, Montgomery and Decker Prairie to US 75 near Halls Bayou with a spur connection of approx. 1.3 miles to FM 1488. (Grimes Montgomery an Harris Counties) Section of approximately 0.8 miles transferred to FM 1488; relocated near Mostyn and 1.3 miles of old location retained as a spur connection.

(Grimes, Montgomery & Harris Counties)  Redescribed due to portion of FM 244 being redesignated FM 3090.

From FM 3090 near Erwin Community, eastward to SH 90 at Anderson; and from another point on SH 90 at Anderson, east ward and southeastward via Richards and Montgomery, to the junction of FM 1774 and SH 249, with a spur connection of  1.390 miles to FM 1488 a total distance of approximately 41.0 miles. (Grimes and Montgomery Counties) Section of approx. 26.2 miles from FM 1774 southeast to IH 45 transferred  to SH 249.
