From a point of Panhandle eastward via Panhandle; thence southwestward to a road intersections a distance of approximately 17.0 miles. (Carson County) Extended southeast approximately  8.0 miles.

From a road intersection approximately 12.0 miles west of Panhandle eastward via Panhandle; thence  eastward, southward, and eastward to FM 294, a distance of  approximately 24.3 miles. (Carson County) Extended approximately 7.0 miles westward to a road intersection.

From a road intersection  eastward approximately 12.0 miles to SH 117 at north city limit of Panhandle and from US 60 in Panhandle eastward, southward, and eastward to FM 294, with a spur connection east of SH 60 at east city limit of Panhandle of approximately 0.7 mile, a total distance of approximately 25.5 miles. (Carson County)  Extended approximately 1.3 miles over old location of US 60.

From FM 683 northward and eastward to SH 117 at north city limit of Panhandle and from US 60 in Panhandle eastward , southward,  and eastward to FM 294, with a spur connection of approximately 0.7 mile  to US 60 at east city limit of Panhandle, a distance of approximately 28.9 miles (Carson County)  Extended approximately 3.4 miles to FM 683.

From SH 136, 2.5 miles northeast of Masterson, eastward to SH 117 at Panhandle and from US 60 in Panhandle  eastward, southward, and eastward to FM 294 with spur connections to 683 and US 60, a total distance of approximately 30.3 miles. (Potter and Carson Counties)  Extended approximately 1.3 mile to SH 136, causing a spur connection to FM 683.

From SH 136 approximately 2.4 miles northeast of C.R.I. & P. Station St. Francis, eastward to SH 15 at Panhandle; and from US 60 in Panhandle eastward to SH 70 about 16.0 miles south of Pampa, with a spur connection (1) southward to FM 638 along west side of Pantex Ordnace Plant, and (2) northeastward to US 60 in Panhandle, a total distance of approximately 43.5 miles. (Potter, Carson, and Gray Counties)   Extended east approximately 3.0 miles to FM  292 which was canceled and combined with this road adding approximately 10.5 miles.

Station St. Francis, eastward to SH 15 at Panhandle; and from US 60 in Panhandle eastward to SH 70 about 16.0 miles south of Pampa, with a spur connection northeastward  to US 60 in Panhandle, a total distance of approximately 41.5 miles. (Potter, Carson, and Gray Counties)  Spur connection along west side of Pantex Ordnane Plant in Carson County transferred to FM 683, a decrease of approximately 2.0 miles.

From SH 136, 2.4 miles northeast of C.R.I. & P. Station St. Francis, eastward to SH 207 at Panhandle; and from US 60 in Panhandle, eastward to SH 70, about 16 miles south of Pampa, with a spur connection of .657 miles northeast to US 60 in Panhandle, a total distance of approx. 41.1 miles. (Potter, Carson, and Gray Counties)  Redescribed; SH 15 redesignated as SH 207.
