From SH 94 at Apple Spring northwestward via Centralia to a road intersection at Nogalus, a distance of approximately 6.1 miles, and from another point on SH 94 at Apple Springs southward a distance of approximately 11.9 miles, a total distance of approximately 13.0 miles, (Trinity County) Extended approximately 4.9 miles southward.
From Nogalus eastward via Centralia to SH 94 at Apple Springs, and from another point on SH 94 at Apple Springs southward to a road intersection near Trevat, a distance of approximately 15.7 miles.
