(Harris County)  As requested by District, a 4.5 mile section from US 90 northward to the north Houston City Limits, is removed from the State Highway System and returned to the City of Houston for jurisdiction and maintenance.  The remaining 0.6 mile segment, from the north Houston City Limits northeastward to its end near Dyersdale, is removed from the State Highway System and returned to Harris County for jurisdiction and maintenance.
