From SH 107 in Edcouch northward to a road intersection at La Sara, a distance of approximately 13.5 miles. (Hidalgo and Willacy Counties) Extended 2.5 miles northward from the HidaIgo County line to a road intersection at La Sara.
From SH 186 southward via La Sara to SH 107 in Edcouch, a distance of approximately 14.4 miles. (Willacy and Hidalgo Counties) Extended approximately 1.1 miles to SH 186.
