From SH 60 southeast of Wharton, westward and northward to Alabama Road; and then northward along Alabama Road to SH 60 in Wharton, a distance of approximately 6.7 miles. (Wharton County) (New Description) As requested by District, section of approximately 1.0 mile, from SH 60 southward on East Ave. to FM 1299 removed from the State Highway System and returned to the City of Wharton and Wharton County.
