From FM 1100, 4.0 miles northwest of Poteet southwestward and southward to FM 140 in Charlotte, a distance of approximately 18.7 miles. (Atascosa County)   Extended approximately 15.3 miles to FM 140, 10.3 miles of which transferred from canceled FM 1786.

From FM 476 approximately 4.0 miles northwest of Poteet, southwestward and southward to SH 97 in Charlotte, a distance of approximately 18.3 miles. (Atascosa County)   Northern terminus redescribed due to FM 1100 being canceled and combined with FM 476, southern terminus relocated so as to connect with SH 97 instead of FM 140.
