From SH 21 approximately 10.0 miles northeast of Crockett, eastward via Belott and southward to SH 7 approximately 3.5 miles west of Kennard, a distance of approximately 10.5 miles. (Houston County)   Extended southward approximately 2.7 miles to end of FM 2459.  FM 2499 canceled and combined, adding approximately 3.8 miles.
