(Washington and Austin Counties)  Section of FM 385 from US 290 southeastward, approximately 6.3 miles, transferred to this FM, extended southeastward from approximately 6.3 miles southeast of US 290 to FM 332 at Wesley adding approximately 3.3 miles of new designation.  FM 332 from Wesley to SH 159 canceIed and combined, adding approximately 9.4 miles, mileage of existing FM 2502 from FM 1457 to FM 389 transferred to FM 389, a decrease of approximately 6.7 miles.
