In the city of Stratford, a segment of SH 15 was removed from the state highway system from US 54 southward to Pearl Street, a distance of approximately 0.6 mile. Jurisdiction, control, and maintenance were transferred to the city of Stratford^a. Additionally, SH 15 was designated on a new location from US 287 eastward to Pearl Street, a distance of approximately 0.4 mile^b. (Sherman County)
