From the Texas/Oklahoma State Line at or near Albion, southward to north of Clarksville, then westward, southward, and southwestward via Bogata, Mt. Vernon, Winnsboro, and Quitman to Mineola.  (Red River, Franklin, and Wood Counties)  New description; as requested by District, old location of SH 37 through Clarksville redesignated as a Business Route, and newly, constructed section of SH 37 reroutes traffic around west side of Clarksville.

Vernon, Winnsboro, and Quitman to Mineola.  (Red River, Franklin, and Wood Counties) New description; at District's request, SH 37 redesignated in the City of Mount Vernon, from the intersection of SH 37 and FM 3473, southwestward approximately 1.5 miles to US 67.
