From US 82, near the Cooke County Line eastward via Whitesboro and Sherman to FM 1417; and then continuing eastward and concurrent with US 82 to SH 121; and then continuing eastward via Bonham to its junction with US 82 at the Lamar County Line, a distance of approximately 65.0 miles. (Grayson, Fannin Counties)  As requested by District, section of approx. 45.4 miles added, from FM 1417 eastward to Lamar County Line.
