From SL 390 west of Marshall, via Gilmer, Quitman, and Sulphur Springs to Cooper, a total distance of approximately 120.0 miles. (Harrison, Upshur, Wood, Hopkins, and Delta Counties)  (New Description)  At district’s request, segment of SH 154, from the intersection of US 80 to the intersection of SH 43, redesignated as SL 390; segment of SH 154 removed from the state highway system, from the intersection of SL 390 to the intersection of US 80, a distance of approximately 0.8 mile; segment of SH 154 removed from the state highway system, from the intersection of SH 43 to the intersection of US 59, a distance of approximately 2.3 miles; segment of SH 154 removed from the state highway system, from the intersection of US 59 to the intersection of FM 31, a distance of approximately 1.2 miles; and segment of SH 154 removed from the state highway system, from the intersection of FM 31 to the intersection of IH 20, a distance of approximately 3.0 miles.
