From IH 10 in El Paso, westward approximately 3.0 miles to the Texas/New Mexico State Line.  (El Paso County)  New Designation.



Minute Order 103924, dated 06/30/1994; DesLtr 05-1994, dated 11/22/1994

From approximately 3.0 miles west of IH 10, at the Texas/New Mexico state line, eastward and northward to SL 375, a total distance of approximately 6.0 miles.  (El Paso County)  New description; at District's request, SH 178 extended eastward to SL 375.


Minute Order #111116, dated 10/25/2007; DesLtr 4-2007, dated 12/19/2007

From IH 10 in El Paso, westward approximately 3.0 miles to the Texas/New Mexico State Line. (El Paso County) (New Description) At district’s request, Minute Order 103924, dated June 30, 1994, extending the designation of State Highway 178 along a new location from the intersection of I-10 to the intersection of State Loop 375, is rescinded.
