(Oldham, Deaf Smith, Parmer, Bailey, Cochran, Yoakum and Gaines Counties) New description; section of approx. 16.5 miles, from IH 40 southward to FM 1412 transferred from FM 290; and another section of approx. 41.0 miles, from FM 290/FM 1412 junction westward, southward, eastward, and southward to US 60 transferred from FM 1412.
