From a point on SH 81 near the south end of the Guadalupe River Bridge at Kerrville to the new State Negro Sanitarium. General redescription of Highway System.

From a point on SH 16 near the south end of the Guadalupe River Bridge at Kerrville to the new State Negro Sanitarium.  Change highway number at point of junction from SH 81 to SH 16.
