From IH 30 in Dallas, southward along Industrial Blvd, Corinth St, and Lancaster Rd via Lancaster to US 77, southwest of Red Oak, a distance of approximately 22.2 miles.  (Dallas, Ellis Counties)  New description; as requested by District, section of approximately 0.4 mile, from IH 30 northward along Industrial Blvd to Commerce St removed from the State Highway System and returned to the City of Dallas for jurisdiction and maintenance.

From SL 12 in Dallas, southward via Lancaster to US 77 southwest of Red Oak, a distance of approximately 15.0 miles.  (Dallas and Ellis Counties)  New description; as requested by District, section from IH 30 southeastward to Corinth St, a distance of approx. 1.4 miles, is removed from the State Hwy System.  Also, the SH 342 designation, from Industrial Blvd/Corinth St southward to SL 12, a distance of approx. 5.4 miles, is removed and redesignated as a Principal Arterial Street.
