From a logical point of intersection with the State operated system of roads in the City of Aransas Pass, extending southeastward in the direction of Port Aransas to the Harbor Island area and to the point of termination at the ferry landing area on the Harbor Island side of the Ship Channel, a distance of approximately 6.0 miles.  (Nueces and San Patricio Counties) New designation.

From a logical point of intersection with the State operated system of roads in Aransas Pass, southeastward across Corpus Christi Ship Channel to a point in Port Aransas.  (San Patricio and Nueces Counties) New description; extended southeastward approx. 0.7 mi. across Corpus Christi Ship Channel to the beginning point of PR 53 in Port Aransas, effective 01/01/1968.

From Gregory, via Ingleside and Aransas Pass to a point in Port Aransas.  (San Patricio and Nueces Counties)  FM 632 combined adding approximately 10.0 miles.

In Gregory, from SH 35 southeastward via Ingleside and Aransas Pass to Port Aransas; thence southward to its junction with PR 22 on Padre Island, a distance of approx. 35.2 miles.  (San Patricio and Nueces Counties) New description; section of approx. 17.5  miles transferred from  PR 53 southward to PR 22 on Padre Island.
