From US 259/SH 42 in Kilgore, westward along Houston St to SH 135, a distance of approx. 0.7 mile. (Gregg County) New description; as requested by District, SS 101 was relocated from Woodlawn St to Houston St. The old location was approximately 1.3 miles. At the district’s request, removed State Spur 101 within the corporate city limits of Kilgore from the state highway system, a distance of approximately 0.60 mile.
