From SH 214, one mile north of Morton, eastward, northward, and eastward to FM 2129 about 3 miles south of Pep, and from another point, on FM 2129 about 2 miles south, of Pep eastward via Oklahoma Flat to SH 51 about 3 miles north of Whitharral, and from another point on SH 51 about 4 miles north of Whitharral, eastward via Anton and Abernathy to a road intersection, a distance of approximately 63.0 miles. (Cochran, Hockley, and Lubbock Counties)  Extended eastward from Hockley/Cochran County line to FM 2129 and from the Lubbock /Hockley County Line,  eastward to U.S. 87 at Abernathy, adding approximately 3.2 and, 15,8 miles respectively.  FM 1938, the portion of FM 1490 from Oklahoma Flat eastward to SH 51, FM 1175 and FM  2105 canceled and combined, adding approximately 9.1, 4.2, 14.2, and 6.7 miles respectively.
