From FM 593 at Ewell, northeastward to FM 993; and from another point on FM 993, northeastward to FM 557 west of Holly Springs School, a distance of approximately 8.2 miles. (Upshur and Camp Counties)   Extended approximately 21.1 miles to FM 557.
