From US 59 south of Livingston southwestward, southeastward, and northeastward via Mount Rose and Swarthout Churches and Goodrich to SH 146, a distance of approximately 15.0 miles.  (Polk County)  Extended from present end of FM 1988 to US 59 and from present beginning of FM 1988 at Goodrich to SH 146, adding a total of approximately 7.4 miles.
