From US 82 in Paris via Sulphur Springs, Emory, Canton, Athens, Palestine, Crockett to IH 45 and US 75 in southeast Huntsville. (Lamar, Delta, Hopkins, Rains, Van Zandt, Henderson, Anderson, Houston, Trinity and Walker Counties) SL 405 in Huntsville cancelled and combined with SH 19.  Segment of SH 19 from SL 405 westerly to IH 45 and SH 30 transferred to SH 30.
