From Ratcliff via Lufkin to a point on SH 87 at or near Milam. Redesignated from Neches River westward 4.381 miles as of 03/26/1942 (corrects Minute Order 019187 of 03/26/1942). Redesignated from Ratcliff eastward 5.795 miles as of 09/01/1942 (corrects Minute Order 019616 of 09/22/1942).

(Angelina, Nacogdoches, San Augustine, and Sabine Counties) New description: section of SH 103 from SL 287 to BU 59-G in Lufkin (approximately 2.1 miles) transferred to BU 69-J.
