US 81 and 28th St in Fort Worth.  General redescription of Highway System.

From a point on US 80 near Mesquite via Mesquite, Dallas, a point at or near Euless, a point on US 377 at Birdville and an intersection with US 81 and 28th St in Fort Worth, to a point on US 80 west of Fort Worth at or near the junction of US’s 80 and 377.  Extension from intersection with US 81 & 28th St in Ft. Worth to point on US 80 west of Fort Worth.

From an intersection with US 77 northwest of Dallas, via Euless to SH 121; thence over SH 121
and US 377 to a point southwest of Birdville; thence westward to an intersection with US 81; thence southwestward crossing US 80 west of Fort Worth, to a point on US 377 near the junction of US’s 80 and 377.  Cancels section from US 80  via Mesquite to Dallas.  Extends designation from US 80 west of Ft. Worth southward to US 377; corrects entire description to agree with improved location.

From IH 35 E in the Trinity Industrial Valley in Dallas, via Euless to SH 121; thence over SH 121 and US 377 to a point southwest of Birdville; thence westward to an intersection with US 81; thence southwestward crossing US 80 west of Fort Worth to a point on US 377 near the junction of US’s 80 and 377.  Eastern terminus changed to IH 35 E; old section from Irving, northwestward to US 77 remains on system as SL 12.

From IH 35E in the Trinity Industrial Valley in Dallas, westward via Euless and Bedford to SH 121; thence over SH 121 to IH 820; thence southward over IH 820 to SH 10 (Hurst Blvd); thence westward, southward, and southeastward via Richland Hills, Haltom City, River Oaks, and Westworth Village to IH 20 at or near Horne Road in southwest Fort Worth.  (Dallas and Tarrant County)  New description; section relocated to follow over cancelled SS 350 and over SH 121 and IH 820 to an intersection with SH 10 and SH 183.

From IH 20 at or near Home Road in southwest Fort Worth northwestward, northward and eastward via Westworth Village, River Oaks, Haltom City and Richland Hills; thence over SH 10 (Hurst Blvd) northward to IH 820; thence over IH 820 to SH 121, thence eastward via Bedford and northeastward via Euless to IH 35E in the Trinity Industrial Valley in Dallas. (Tarrant and Dallas Counties) Description of route reversed.
