From SH 5 eastward to FM 1378 (Urban Road), a distance of approx. 2.0 miles. (Collin County) (County) (New Description) At district’s request, segment of FM 2786 (UR) removed from the state highway system, from US 75 eastward to SH 5, a distance of approximately 0.83 mile, and returned to the cities of Fairview and Allen for joint control, jurisdiction, and maintenance.
