From the intersection of IH 30 and US 80, west edge of Fort Worth, via Weatherford, Mineral Wells, Breckenridge, Albany, Anson, Roby, Snyder, Gail, Lamesa and Seminole to the Texas/New Mexico State Line; thence from the Texas/New Mexico State Line, near Pine Springs, follow US 62 to the intersection of IH 10 and US 80 in El Paso; thence follow I-10 and US 80 to the New Mexico State Line.  Section in Ft. Worth from Handley to the west edge of Ft Worth cancelled, a distance of approx. 19 miles.

From IH 20 in Hudson Oaks, westward via Weatherford, Mineral Wells, Breckenridge, Albany, Anson, Roby, Snyder, Lamesa, and Seminole to the Texas/New Mexico S/L; and then from another point at the Texas/New Mexico S/L east of the Guadalupe Mountains National Park, southward, eastward, and northward to the Texas/New Mexico S/L near Anthony, a total distance of approximately 485.0 miles. (Parker, Palo Pinto, Stephens, Shackelford, Jones, Fisher, Scurry, Borden, Dawson, Gaines, Culberson, Hudspeth and El Paso Counties)  As requested by District, concurrent section of approximately 11.25 miles, from IH 20 junction in Hudson Oaks  eastward to the IH 30/ SS 580 Interchange, is cancelled and removed from the State Highway System.
