"I think littering is barbaric and rude. I am a Texan, born and bred; anyone littering is messing with the land I love. I have a voice recorder, and I keep it in my truck while driving. Anytime I see a litterer, I record the information needed to fill out a Don't Mess With Texas-Gotcha! form. I've turned in about a dozen litterers so far, most of those infractions occurred at intersections. Thanks for supplying Texans with a tool to curb littering. We really appreciate it."
