Kathryn A. Wolfe has been a reporter at Congressional Quarterly since 2002, primarily covering transportation and space policy issues. In that role, Kathryn has covered every surface transportation and FAA reauthorization bill since that time.

A native Texan, Kathryn grew up in the Houston suburb of Pasadena, whose claim to fame was being the subject of the movie Urban Cowboy. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin School of Journalism.
