Transfers

Registration fees may be transferred to another name in lieu of requesting a refund. To request a transfer prior to February 6, 2013, please call (888) 550-5577 or email events@tamu.edu. Transfer requests will also be accepted onsite.

Refunds

Requests must be received in writing by the Texas A&M Transportation Institute no later than Friday, December 14, 2012. Once approved, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee.
