Registration fees may be transferred to another individual. All transfer requests must be emailed to the Texas Transportation Institute by February 6, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. (CST).
Refund requests must be received in writing by the Texas Transportation Institute no later than December 15, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Once the request is approved, the registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. Below is the Texas Transportation Institute mailing address:
