Standard Rate

All reservations must be received by Friday, January 13, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. (CST). Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis. The discounted rate will be extended three days before and after the event, depending on room availability.

Please note:

A limited number of government rate rooms are available for those guests with valid government ID. Government employees must submit a Texas Hotel Tax Exemption Certificate, if applicable.
Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate during or after check-in cannot be extended the conference rate at a later date or during or after the meeting.

Parking is available in the garage attached to the Grand Hyatt Hotel.

The San Antonio International Airport is nine miles from the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Check flight and airline information.

Transportation

GO Airport Shuttle and Taxi services are available to and from the San Antonio International Airport.
VIA Metropolitan Transit provides bus service from the San Antonio International Airport and throughout downtown San Antonio.
